Tina Dudenhöffer has acquired over then years of international work experience from countries including the U.S, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Always passionate about project management and creating structure, Tina grew her skills as the head of Advertising Operations at Spilgames, where she effectively implemented Kanban in an already agile environment to foster interdepartmental collaboration. In her last function at Winkle, a global market research firm, Tina was the Business Process lead, among others, responsible for introducing and implementing Kanban to provide better capacity planning as well as structuring the sales funnel.

Tina is now a freelance Kanban consultant at VX Company. She is also completing her PhD at the Business School at the University of Amsterdam and she holds a Masters of Science degree from Florida International University.
